Inside, there are two layers of frames made of profile material and sheet metal sieves attached to these frames. The product entering the separator is sieved by spreading on the surface of the sieves with the vibration of the vibro motors placed at the center of gravity of the machine. Foreign materials such as garbage, straw, spike etc. in the product are transmitted out of the machine by vibration. The sorted and broken product is poured onto the bottom sieve. With continued vibration, the product is cleaned by separating the broken products. The sieve surfaces are continuously cleaned by means of plastic balls located inside the sieve. There are mica glass windows on the machine to observe the product. Since vibro motors are mounted directly on the machine, belts, pulleys, bearings and suspension rods are not used.
