SUPER PRE-CLEANING MACHINE

Used in the cleaning and tempering unit in grain, cereals and food processing plants, the simon purifier separates chaff, spike and unwanted materials other than wheat.

With aspiration, before the grain enters the sifter, it cleans the impurities in the grain by creating a strong air flow current in the opposite direction of the grain flow direction. Since most of the unwanted substances in the grain are purified by this section, there is no clogging in the sifter teloras and the sifter is cleaned more effectively. The wheat entering the machine from the aspiration process is distributed smoothly and homogeneously on the sieve thanks to the vibro motor mounted on the center of gravity of the machine. The feed box oscillates on rubber wedges with the body working with vibration. An adjustable flap ensures that the wheat is distributed over the entire sieve surface.

High-Precision Product Classification: Tanis Super Pre-Cleaning Machine

Adding Value by Classifying Quality

In grain and seed processing facilities, removing foreign materials alone is not sufficient. Classifying products by quality is critical for marketing and pricing. The Tanis Super Pre-Cleaning Machine uses advanced particle classification technology to separate products based on physical characteristics, ensuring above-standard quality control. This process increases the final product value and enables market-specific product segmentation.

Working Principle

The system separates products according to physical criteria such as shape, density, size, and surface features. Controlled vibration, inclined surfaces, specialized guiding devices, and precise feed control allow the mechanism to distinguish between products that look similar but have different qualities.

Unlike conventional sieving systems, this approach classifies products not only by size but also by form and structure, clearly separating premium-quality items from standard-quality ones.

Applications

The Tanis Super Pre-Cleaning Machine performs efficiently across a variety of products:

  • Cereals: Wheat, barley, oats, rye

  • Pulses: Chickpeas, lentils, beans

  • Oilseeds & Hybrids: Sunflower, canola, hybrid seeds

  • Industrial Granules & Feed Additives

Commonly positioned after pre-cleaning, before packaging, or in production lines requiring special class separation.
